Twisting unit for twisting single wires. The tool consists of the drive unit with the twisting head and a static clamp unit including springs telescope rail.The application in twisting is almost borderless. The single wire cross section can be between 0,25 - 2.50 sqmm. The amount of twisting cables can vary between 2 and 5.

The speed and number of revolutions are freely selectable. The system turns approx.. 110 % and after twisting again approx.. 10 % back. The process starts as soon as the cover will be moved in Start Position. The tool works with 230V/50Hz and/or 110V/60Hz.

The cable clamp unit works with a diagonally adjustable role element. It is possible to process different cross sections without reequipping the clamping unit.

The ends can remain without twist till 110 mm. The cable ends can be provided, as in the picture, just cut or stripped and/or with crimped contacts. The standard clamping device can work on all variants without adjustments. With specific clamping devices it is possible to twist wire harnesses with pre-mounted plug housings.
